All Meetings of Rawreth Parish Council are held at Battlesbridge Free Church Hawk Hill Battlesbridge SS11 7RE on the first Wednesday of every month, apart from August which is our Summer Recess.  The Meetings start at 7.30pm, prior to this the doors of the Hall remain closed to the public. 

The Agenda is issued no less than  5 working days in advance of the Meeting and is available on the Website, or by email by prior request to the Clerk.  

The Minutes are written in draft until approved by the Council at their Meeting the following month, once approved, the Minutes will be available on the Website. Any Minutes required prior to 2021 (The launch of the New Website) are available by email but need to be requested from  the Clerk.


The Chairman of Rawreth Parish Council will be calling the Annual Parish Meeting on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at 8.00pm.

What is it?
This is not a Parish Council meeting.

It is a meeting for the Electors of Rawreth Parish to:
•Ask questions
•Raise concerns
•Make suggestions
•Discuss matters affecting the Parish

It is your opportunity to have your say.

Anyone may attend, but only registered Electors of Rawreth Parish may speak and vote.

The Parish Council and local organisations will also report on what has been happening over the past year.

Resolutions passed at the meeting are not binding on the Parish Council.

What’s the difference?

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting for residents.

The Annual Parish Council Meeting is a formal meeting of Councillors where public speaking is limited to a public forum or by permission of the Chairman.

The agenda for the Annual Parish Meeting will be published at least 7 clear days before the meeting and will be available on the Parish Council website.
