Meetings of Rawreth Parish Council are held at the alternating venues of  Battlesbridge Free Church Hawk Hill Battlesbridge SS11 7RE and John Fisher Pavilion John Fisher Recreation Ground Little Wheatley Road Rayleigh  SS6 9TB  on the first Wednesday of every month, apart from August which is our Summer Recess.  The Meetings start at 7.30pm, prior to this the doors of the Hall remain closed to the public. 

The Agenda is issued no less than  5 working days in advance of the Meeting and is available on the Website, or by email by prior request to the Clerk.  

The Minutes are written in draft until approved by the Council at their Meeting the following month, once approved, the Minutes will be available on the Website. Any Minutes required prior to 2021 (The launch of the New Website) are available by email but need to be requested from  the Clerk.
